Dr.Gaurav Maheshwari

Dentist

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1999, Dr Gaurav has been in the private practice and public health dentistry since graduation. He has been a member of Australian Prosthodontic Society and is a member of Australian Dental Association.

He completed a Masters of Science in Community Dental Practice from Kings College London in 2003. It helped him develop skills to understand the community’s needs, wherever he has worked.

He has completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Orthodontics(U.K) and is actively treating patients with clear aligner therapy, in the form of Invisalign. He is an Invisalign certified provider.

Currently, he is undergoing further training in dental implants from the prestigious Brener Implant Institute in Sydney.

Dr Gaurav has worked as a senior dentist at the Maryborough District Health Service. He is the principal dentist at Maryborough Dental Practice and Delacombe Family Dental.

Dr Gaurav has a passion for dentistry which keeps him in touch with new advancements in the field through his constant ongoing education. Therefore, new and improved techniques, products and regulations are being introduced into the practice, when appropriate, for the benefit of the patients in his care. His easy manner, relative understanding and fatherly experience seem to give him a way with children. These children are then assured of a pleasant experience at the dentist and therefore their dental maintenance in assured.

Dr Gaurav has a particular interest in root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, dentures, orthodontics with clear aligners, aesthetic dentistry and children’s dentistry.
